Luck97 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions and other incentives to registered users. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that apply to each individual offer. The general provisions set out below apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable cash. Before any winnings generated from a bonus can be withdrawn, the applicable wagering requirement must be met. For example, a bonus of PKR 5,000 with a 20× wagering requirement necessitates PKR 100,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted. All PKR figures in these Terms are illustrative and subject to specific promotion terms.
While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum single-bet stake applies — typically PKR 1,000 per bet unless the promotion specifies otherwise. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games such as baccarat, roulette and blackjack may contribute a reduced percentage, often between 10% and 20%. Sports betting and cricket betting contributions are specified per promotion. Bonus offers expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified period from the date of claiming. Upon expiry, the bonus funds and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
